ABOUT DREW GOFF
Drew Goff joined The Golf Club at Audubon Park in 2021 as the Director of Golf and Tennis after serving 6 seasons as the Head Coach of Loyola Men's and Women's golf teams where he elevated the program to new heights. In 2019 and 2020, he coached a combined twelve players to SSAC All-Conference status, as well as three NAIA All-Americans. Following the 2019 season, Goff was named Women's Golf Coach of the Year by both the Southern States Athletic Conference and the Louisiana Sports Writers Association. After winning three tournament titles that season, including the SSAC Championship, the Wolf Pack Women's team reached a ranking of eighth, its best poll position in program history, before placing ninth overall at the 2019 NAIA National Tournament. On the Men’s side at Loyola, he coached a player who made the NAIA All-American Second Team, LSWA Second Team, and SSAC All-Conference Team, while qualifying as an individual at the NAIA National Tournament for the second-straight year.
During the 2017-18 season, he guided the Women's team to their first appearance in the NAIA Top 25
rankings following their victory at the Coastal Georgia Invitational, the third team title in program history. They later finished the season in 17th place, after placing 17th at the NAIA National Championships.
In the 2016-17 season, Goff helped guide the Men's team to their lowest tournament score in program
history at the SSAC Championships. On the Women's side, he coached the first student-athlete in program history to earn an invite to the NAIA National Championship.
He was no stranger to the Southern States Athletic Conference, as he was a member of the William Carey golf team from 2007-09. Goff served as team captain for the Crusaders during his senior year and was named All-GCAC and All-Region XIII during the 2007-08 season. After graduating from William Carey with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Goff took the position as Head Golf Professional at Covington Country Club where he spent two years before moving on to New Orleans Country Club for another four years.
A native of Lucedale, Miss., Goff is a Class A PGA Professional and has numerous professional victories
including the 2015 Gulf States PGA Professional Championship which earned him a spot in the 2016 PGA
Professional National Championship as well as the Sanderson Farms Classic on the PGA Tour. Most recently, he
qualified to play in the 2020 PGA Professional Championship on July 19-22 in Austin, TX.
